I have attained 5 years of solid Human Resource experience (Manufacturing, Construction, RPO for Tollways and Facilities Management and multinational real estate firm) doing a lot of clerical, administrative tasks and end to end recruitment on a daily basis which makes me the perfect candidate for this job opportunity.

I am well versed in sourcing of candidates using different paid job boards (Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Kalibrr, Jobs180 and Workday) creating job advertisements to other free platform such as Indeed and social media, conducting pre-screen interviews and endorsement to hiring managers, preparing reference checks, conducting exit interview, updating records on HRIS and timekeeping.

As a Human Resource Specialist here in the Philippines, I am responsible in developing and executing recruiting plans within the organization. I also ensure that all client job orders are met with suitable candidates within the specification time frame agreed with the client. I also prepare reports on a weekly and monthly basis to measure and review performance. Moreover, I have developed a great rapport with those who are involved in the recruitment activity: co-HR employees, secretaries, Engineers, Project Managers, Supervisors, Vice President of the department, and with the Assistant Vice President and President of Human Resource.
