Jenelyn Abaigar

I have 8 years of experience working in the BPO industry, where I gained valuable skills in customer service, communication, and problem-solving. Throughout my career, I’ve handled various roles that helped me develop strong multitasking abilities and a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences. Most recently, I worked as an appointment setter for a Mortgage Protection Plan, where I was responsible for reaching out to leads, qualifying them, and scheduling appointments. This experience improved my organizational skills and my ability to communicate effectively over the phone. I’m eager to bring my experience and skills to a new role where I can continue to grow and contribute to the success of the team.
