My background reflects a consistent focus on delivering excellent service, supporting business operations, and building strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.
As a Customer Service Representative, I’ve handled a wide range of responsibilities including responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining customer satisfaction in high-pressure environments. I’ve worked across various communication channels, phone, email, and in-person to ensure that customers receive timely and effective assistance. I’ve also been responsible for documenting interactions, processing orders, troubleshooting issues, and following up to ensure resolution. My approach has always centered on active listening, empathy, and professionalism, which has helped me to resolve issues quickly and build trust with customers.
In my role as an Administrative Assistant, I provided vital support to management and staff by maintaining schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies and files. I’ve worked with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and various internal systems to streamline operations and improve productivity. My ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail has consistently allowed me to meet deadlines and support organizational goals.
