My First Job was on Amazon and I was a customer service representative (CSR). Amazon helps me to improve my social skills, communication skills and also pronunciation of words for much better understanding for both parties. My Job on amazon was about to help future drivers of amazon and also the current drivers of amazon for their deliveries of packages to our beloved customers. after a year on being a email support for drivers, I was moved to a different team that handles customers of amazon. we where multi tasking to support customers of amazon. we where doing chat support, email support and phone support simultaneously. Having this kind of experience first hand was actually great. Because it helps me to do better work under pressure, be empathetic to our customers or clients to nurture our bond to them as well. Amazon was like a stepping stone for my fundamentals of my work.
My second job was on Accenture. My role is being a Software Engineer Associate. My First Project is with a client, and we are using ServiceNow as a platform for them. JavaScript is the main programming language we used. My First team was focus on developing and enhancing the features on ServiceNow based on our Client needs. We where given tasks or a story that indicates the issue or what kind of changes we will do. every changes we did includes other part of the system like business rules, schedule Jobs, the UI action of each button and after we make changes with this. We also perform testing and documentation. We tested it from automatic test to manual test. For automatic Test we used ATF(Automated Test Framework). ServiceNow has a feature for automatic testing to help developers perform a quick test of applications, customizations and configurations. As for Manual test we provided steps through an Excel Document and pasting also the screenshot of the outcome of the step to verify if it really was the result. this kind of testing is also part of our Documentation. After a year I was been moved to a different team that focus users issues which are the employees of the client. we are using the system that we develop on my First team. I was been a part of ITSM team that focuses on Incidents that the users are creating due to malfunction of system or sometimes a request for a change on account settings. additionally I was also task to be a lead for a group concerning about deploying changes from GitHub to AWS platform. I was the one performing the pushing of changes that they did to Github and deploying it back to AWS cloud platform for the changes to be displayed on their end.
