Project Management- Handled numerous projects in our organization that exposed me to facilitation/presentation, task mapping, logistics, organizing events, reports etc

HR/Recruitment- Graduated in BS in Industrial Psychology; Conduct Final Interview to new hire applicant; Uses Behavioral set of questions focusing on competencies like communication, results focus, customer focus, team work and communication.

Customer Service/Chat and Email Support- Worked as a voice representative in one of the biggest Financial BPO company here in the Philippines; Handled credit card accounts

Coaching- Have 3 years of experience as a team lead handling 15-17 representative; Does coaching and monitoring of stats on a regular basis

Sales- I have been a sales representative for 6 years offering credit card protection, credit monitoring tool and identity theft protection; Was awarded for being the highest sales representative at that time

I would like to take this opportunity to be able to share my expertise and experience the joy of working at the comfort of my own home. This is also a good avenue for me as I transition in becoming a full time freelancer.
