I’m Jelly Ann Damasco, a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology graduate, with an NCII Certification in Computer System Servicing. My first job was at Magic Mall Appliances as an Invoicing Staff, where I prepared and sent invoices to customers, verified the accuracy of billing information, and updated records. My second role was at LBC Express Inc. as a Customer Service Representative, where I accepted shipments, processed money remittances, and managed inventory. My most recent position was at Microtel Global Solutions as a Back Office Support, where I processed medical billing, claims, data entry, and administrative tasks. These experiences have enhanced my skills in problem-solving, communication, time management, proactive and organization. With these skills and my strong work ethic, I am confident that I can contribute effectively to your team and continue to grow professionally.
