I am an Enthusiastic Virtual Assistant who can work either part-time or Full-time. I have experience working as an Admin of an American IPTV company and I was responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, resolving network connectivity problems, account resets, account activations, and Fault diagnoses thru phone calls or email. My experience in Email management and creating reports thru Excel is a plus, Apart from that, I have a good and wide background in Customer Service.
