SUMMARY OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
I worked for two years at IBM Brazil as Security Officer. I was part of a team from
Canada and I used to give access and support for 12 IBM applications, focusing on
users from Canada and Latin America. I left IBM because my contract expired and
that moment was no possibility to renew. Later I started to work at Softline
International, as Prospect Machine. There I used to call companies to offer software
licenses, focusing on Windows Azure and Office 365. I left because I was accepted
in a public university in another state in Brazil. Later I worked at Multirede, as
Support Analyst. There I used to monitor network links, doing a troubleshoot if a
link went down, URL verification on FireSight and Firewall, allowing or blocking
according of the rules, e-mail verification on Ironport, blocking or allowing domains,
check if an e-mail is a spam or not, create and delete
telephone/Jabber/Android/iPhone/tablet profile on CUCM, monitor the backups for
CUCM, CCX, Unity and Presence and I also used to open tickets for problems that I
could not solve or open RMA at the Cisco Support. I left because I came to
Argentina to study. Here in Argentina I started to work at Grupo Assa as Security
Consultant for Johnson & Johnson, giving, deleting and modifying users/roles
profiles, giving application support and audit of the application access in
JDEdwards.
