As a QA Engineer, I have over 10 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB). I have successfully delivered high-quality software products for various clients across different domains, such as banking, retail, and healthcare.

My core competencies include test planning and documentation, defect management, API testing, security testing, and manual testing. I have hands-on experience in using tools and technologies such as HP ALM, JIRA, Zephyr, Postman, IntelliJ, and Citrix. I have also acquired basic knowledge of automation testing, Selenium and T24 testing.
