My first experience was being a cashier at a fast-food restaurant which helped a lot with Customer Service skills. Then I got into BPO as a CSR, then Sales. After almost 2 years in BPO, I landed a Virtual Assistant job with an Australian client with a beauty services company where I learned my first CRM. I contact their partners for booking confirmation as well as their guests. I also learned about email management and data entry. Then my next VA experience was handling 4 clients. I was a Virtual Sales Assistant with my first client until the pandemic came and they needed to temporarily shut down their operations. Then I had 3 clients at the same time. My clients were a lawyer, a fertility doctor, and an influencer. My tasks were data entry, admin tasks, customer service, lead generation, transcription, basic website management, social media management, and project management.
