In 9 years working in my previous companies as a Secretary cum Receptionist, I was doing the best of my abilities in handling a busy receptionist desk along with many other activities which are critical and very essential for the day to day administrative functions as well as doing accounting activities.
In my 6 years BPO experieces, My responsibility is to respond to incoming calls from the insurance members to book a reservation for their transportation, answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information, and handle complaints regarding the organization’s products or services.
