Lead Intake (qualifying information, lead creation, data input, contact information research and
lead delegation to the purchase team members), lead management (ensuring all leads were
assigned and responded to), and Skip Trace Management (pulling data from sites like skip
trace, beenverified, various county appraisal districts, all of which to assist us in contacting
possible leads). Maintaining, updating and managing all of the purchasing team’s metrics and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports. These vital reports and spreadsheets allowed company management to track our team’s production and helped to ensure that the team was hitting their various KPI’s. I ensured that all reports, spreadsheets and agenda’s were up to date and accurate for all leadership and team meetings.
