My current job is in Eastwest Bank as Central and North Luzon Business Center Unit head and assigned in overall administration of Provincial Business Center. I am handling the review and approval of collateral releasing requests for Auto and Home loan. I ensure team’s effective and efficient handling of collateral documents, monitoring and reporting of collateral and documentary deficiencies. Guide and lead PBC Associates’ timely delivery of transactions without compromising bank policies and procedures. Lead the team as to proper handling of walk in client’s concerns / complaints. Validate accounts for sending of Thank you letters.But prior to being the Unit head of Central and North Luzon, I was hired as a loan servicing officer for 6yrs and was responsible for the review and approval of all post booking requests for Auto, Home and salary loans. I monitor the daily operations of the team to ensure a free flow process and supervises the execution of daily tasks.
