I go by the name of Toni Aplaya at work.
My first job was as a call center representative, where I gained experience and developed the skills that have
led me to where I am now. It was a no-joke experience but taught me so much patience and how to adapt to
everything.
I was then introduced to the B2B lead generation services. I started in the Asia-Pacific region, and it was unusual
because they have different accents, really, which challenges me because it's new to me. I get to adapt later on
and receive some recognition for all my hard work.
I get to learn about not only telemarketing services but also email marketing and prospecting, data entry and
mining, online research, chat, and social media outreach, primarily on LinkedIn.
Years later, I accepted the offer to work in the APAC region as a Campaign Manager, supervising a team and
overseeing assigned campaigns. I was hesitant at first, but my boss believed in my abilities and told me that I
knew all of the processes, how they worked, and how they should be completed.
So yeah, let's talk about lead generation and how we can support your business by generating solid leads that
