Recently, I am doing data entry and lead generation. My main duty is to migrate business information from software to software, data mining such as website, address, contact number and email address, updating business profiles according to client's request.

Before that, I've also worked as a CSR/Telesales Representative for a telecommunications company. We cater new and existing customers. Basically, we do sales but it is also essential to know the what are the needs of the customers. This is where the customer service role enters because we need to satisfy the customer by providing them what they need instead of just offering them what is easy. Probing skills and active listening are required on this job role. I have also been a Customer Service Representative for a cable account. My duties are educating customers about the services and products that we offer or they are subscribe into, order processing, updating customers information in the CRM to be able to provide a better assistance in the future and upselling.
