Jean Philippe Naim

I am an established entrepreneur with a rich background in marketing management and a global approach to business, having worked in New York, Paris, Beirut and Montreal. 

I have successfully operated as a senior strategist & retail marketer for several years while developing and managing the marketing department of a business and shopping mall in Beirut for the duration of 7 years. 

Most recently, I have been dedicated to breaking barriers between global talents and local businesses by the intermediary of my agency: Ego Solutions specialized in freelance talent & project management.

During the past 48 months, I have worked with over 126 talents of intermediary, advanced and expert levels. My goal has been to help start-ups define their strategies to then connect them to technical talents, previously sourced and evaluated.

My ability to coach talents and start-ups while contributing to their growth has been one of the most impactful rewards throughout my career. I lead by example people who are looking to further develop their skill sets and I have proven to effectively initiate teamwork towards materializing client’s visions.
