Preparation of Memorandum/Disciplinary Action (in accordance to the guidelines of Rules on Administrative Cases of Civil Service Commission) to be served to concerned staff;
Prepares Approval of Resignation and send turn-over and clearance procedure to resigned staff;
Prepares memorandum regarding HR related concerns and serve written warnings to staff (Hiring and Selection guidelines, Performance Assessment guidelines, Learning Needs Analysis guidelines for Learning and Development Intervention and Employee Relations);
Disseminate HR related memorandum to all staff via email;
Provides advice and counsel to managers and supervisors regarding personnel practices, policy and employment laws;
Act as facilitator, presenter or/and documenter to formal meetings.
Performance Management:
Provides orientation to all levels of staff on performance management system
Oversees the development and implementation of agency core competencies, core values, and key performance measures into performance appraisal system.
Monitors if the Performance Contract submitted were in-line with the Office Performance Contract of the region;
Monitors if the Performance Assessment submitted adhered to the guidelines;
Assists supervisors on looking for possible options to improve performance of their staff;
Learning and Development:
Develops and conduct presentation to orient all employees and the line managers on Learning Needs Analysis and Learning and Development Intervention;
Conducts assessments and gap analysis on employee skills and training.
Employee Engagement:
Initiates, prepares proposals and implements Employee Engagement Program/ Activities (Sports Festival, Zumba, Health and Wellnes E-Newsletters, Family Day, Fun Run, Civil Service Review Class and Pre-retirement Seminar);
Looks for qualified and competent Resource person and partners to the activities mentioned above.
SUPERVISORY ROLE:
