I am currently the Head of Human Resource Management and Development Section in the Philippine Commission on Women. I am in charged of supervising and implementing the tasks/processes/programs/activities of Recruitment, Selection, and Placement; Learning and Development; Performance Management; Employee Engagement; Rewards and Recognition; Compensations and Benefits; Organizational Development, and, Human Resource ISO 9001:2015 registered policies and procedures. I am also in charge of preparing HR policies and guidelines in accordance with government mandates, streamlining HR processes, and introducing and implementing innovative solutions to efficiently perform HRMDS functions. I am highly committed and passionate about my work and ensures that tasks assigned to me will be done efficiently.
