During my time in LivePerson as an Account Executive I managed to create a Sales Process/Workflow that led to the increase of 200+ users in our Small Business Portfolio. I do not consider myself a Salesman, instead I consider myself as an Advisor. I help my prospects understand the issues they have and guide them towards an effective solution. Having a customer based mentality is the key to successful businesses. While working on Codemera I created my own personalized workflow to increase the presence of the company at international levels. This happened thanks to my Market Research skill, in which I was able to generate a substantial amount of good qualified leads using very specific tools and adding them to our CRM. Out of those leads 40% are expected to sign and the list grows more everyday. I'm highly efficient at researching profiles and finding the right leads utilizing personalized outreach methods, such as tailored cold emails that guarantee high response rates based on the target persona. Also, my fluency in 3 languages allows me to explore a wide variety of markets.
