I've done some Freelance work since I was 14 under Computer Hardware and Software Troubleshooting even when I'm studying at the same time. Up until I decided to take a break from studies back in my college days studying Computer Engineering. Manage to pass CCNA routing and switching certification and after that, I finished the training for CCNA Voice and Video Collaboration. I got a job from Singapore as a Computer Technician and Assistant Network Administrator at the same time. I've stayed for 7 months and flew back here in the Philippines to take care, my parents. I found a job and they hired me as an IT Consultant / Technical Support for Microsoft until my resignation here in Clark. Right now I've been looking for a Full Time job here at home and It's my pleasure to help you guys on IT Concerns. I've enjoying this kind of job and it's my passion in life.

Here are my responsibilities when I was an Assistant Network Administrator :

• Provide help in resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintenance of Cisco Telephones and Computer Stations
• Configure computers for new users.
• Respond to calls and emails promptly.
• Coordinate with Managers to set user access, permissions, and roles in the organization.

Here are my responsibilities as an IT Consultant / Technical Support :

• Consulting customers from United States of America (USA) and Canada
• Giving recommendation such giving suggestion for right hardware and software.
• Writing Reports and Documentation
• Repairing Software Problems
• Diagnosing and solving software faults

I've helped and Consult a lot of customers not just here in my country ( Philippines ) also International as well and I enjoy building a relationship on customers/clients.
