I have been a Financial Analyst on my previous job for a year. I am proficient in Collections and Dispute management. I managed lots of queries coming from clients through email and inbound/outbound calls. I had the opportunity to work with the Knowledge transfer team, we created job instructions and communicated with the company's business partners, I even review some documents that were used in the team's ramp-up. Recently I enrolled from Online Academy for Virtual Assistant to learn and develop my skills. Now I am more knowledgeable about:
