Jaza Calderon

My fields of study are public relations, foreign affairs, I hold a master's degree in public policy, and I speak fluently Spanish, English and Portuguese. I have a basic German level and I'm planning to start learning Italian this year.

I enjoy interacting with people from all around the world, writing articles, translating documents, working on Shopify, doing outreach/ lead generation and managing social media. I recently lived in São Paulo, Brazil to study my master's degree. I worked at the Food and Agriculture Organization for the United Nations (FAO) as communication assistant, in a law firm as a lawyer assistant, I have a Shopify store and also a blog I decided to continue on Instagram recently. I also have customer service experience and I've used softwares like Zendesk, Asana and Slack in previous jobs. All this background gave me the accurate experience to be an excellent virtual assistant, customer service representative, translator, content writer, Shopify Assistant and manage social media. 

I am a proactive, multitasking person who enjoys making other people's jobs easier and learning new languages/ skills.
