Chat Supervisor, Customer Service Representative and a Technical Support in various companies.
My experience being a full-time home-based assistant and supervisor has helped me develop skills in time management to be able to finish required tasks each day. While the duties of a Technical Support allowed me to enhance my abilities in dealing with technical issues and servicing clients to the best of my knowledge. All these have shaped me to become a responsible, efficient and reliable assistant, which I believe needed in every VA a client needs.
I have used Zendesk, Google sheets, Calendar and Drive, MS Excel and Dropbox and Griffin when I was a Purchasing and Admin Assistant. Being a Client Service Representative who dealt with business information for US-Based and International Corporation and Small Businesses, I have known to manage different software which allowed me to become a Level 2 Tech Support in the long run. Becoming a second level support widened my experience in handling software as well as hardware issues, thereby shaped my extensive management in providing appropriate solutions.
The tools I used may be limited, but I am confident that all my admin, client service, and technical background skills along with being fast-learner and having responsible and reliable character will qualify me for consideration.
