. I have been working since 2005 from different industries local and international. My previous job I had was on the BPO industry where I am a Customer Service Representative for 1 yr. By receiving Inbound calls and Outbound, dealing with the customers for their concerns. With my strong Communication skills and empathy that allows me to listen to a customer’s problem and suggest a best option and acceptable solutions, quick and thorough decision maker with the ability to resolve customer concerns while keeping everyone satisfied.

I am free and ready to start whenever you need me. Regarding the hours, I am flexible and willing to work whenever the team needs me the most.
