A dependable legal assistant and paralegal with over 3 years in experience to a lawyer in the provincial legislative department. The majority of this 3 years was within the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. For this reason, the flexibility of time and working arrangements allowed me to take on more roles as a small business owner and virtual assistant to North American based clients. This opened the opportunity for me to work alongside some of the most determined business owners all while building my own. It was through these later roles that I honed my skills in customer service. This consequently landed me a position as a virtual client care manager as my most recent job.
