About

I am a Tourism Management graduate with a strong background in travel coordination, customer service, and administrative support. Over the years, I have gained hands-on experience working in the travel and customer service industries, allowing me to develop excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Currently, I work as a General Virtual Assistant at Expedition Partners, where I handle various responsibilities related to client travel arrangements. My tasks include booking accommodations, flights, and tours, creating detailed itineraries using Travefy, and managing client files and financial records. I also prepare and send receipts, upload supplier invoices, process payments, and generate statements of account. In addition, I create checklists once bookings are confirmed and conduct final checks ten weeks before each client’s cruise to ensure that every detail is accurate and complete. Through this role, I have developed strong attention to detail, time management, and accuracy in handling multiple bookings simultaneously.

Before becoming a virtual assistant, I worked as a Reservation Agent at Collin Travel & Tours, where I managed hotel and flight bookings, maintained organized client files, and ensured all travel documents were accurate and properly recorded. I also gained experience handling client inquiries, managing emails, and coordinating travel schedules efficiently. Earlier in my career, I worked as a Customer Service Representative and later as a Supervisor at Amazon, where I assisted customers through phone and chat support, processed orders, handled escalations, and ensured high satisfaction levels. These experiences helped me build strong problem-solving abilities and professionalism when dealing with clients.

My internship experience with 2GO SuperSail Services and 360 Degrees Travel and Tours allowed me to strengthen my administrative and front-desk skills, manage booking files, and coordinate travel schedules effectively. I also hold TESDA certifications in Contact Center Services (NC II) and Events Management (NC III), which further enhanced my ability to stay organized, client-focused, and efficient in fast-paced environments.

I take pride in being dependable, adaptable, and detail-oriented. Whether managing travel arrangements, handling client communication, or supporting back-office operations, I always aim to provide excellent service and deliver high-quality results. My goal is to continue growing in the travel and virtual assistance field, using my experience and passion for organization and customer care to support clients and teams effectively.
