I’ve been working in the BPO industry for over eight years as a Customer Service Representative and Team Lead. During that time, I developed a strong foundation in people management, performance coaching, and delivering exceptional client support.

While I’m new to the Virtual Assistant industry, I’m eager to explore this field and bring in the same level of professionalism, adaptability, and results-driven mindset that I’ve applied throughout my leadership career.
