I worked in the BPO industry for years as a health operation specialist, customer care representative and technical chat support. I handled international accounts based in the US in different industries such as healthcare, e-commerce, and telecommunication.

As a health operation specialist, I was assigned to different functions according to business needs. My tasks includes document drafting, auditing, verifying providers practice information.

As a customer care representative, I handled inbound calls. My tasks includes answering customers' general inquiry, processing payments, basic troubleshooting, account updates, create tickets if customer needs further assistance with service issues and upselling service or device upgrades depending on customers' account eligibility.

As a technical chat support, I handled 3 windows chat. My tasks were to assist customers with their service in cable, internet and phone services. I do basic troubleshooting, creates ticket for higher tier assistance and or scheduling a technician visit.
