I’m a highly driven and results-oriented professional with over 10 years of experience in operations management, project coordination, customer service, and virtual assistance. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a variety of companies—from startup environments to established corporations—where I’ve led teams, improved internal workflows, managed client communications, and streamlined day-to-day operations.

My professional journey began in customer support and quickly evolved into leadership roles where I handled team supervision, quality assurance, hiring, onboarding, and SOP development. I was fortunate to receive multiple “Employee of the Year” awards during my time at TaskUs, particularly while managing the JustEat account, a major food delivery service in the UK. My ability to lead with empathy, make data-informed decisions, and deliver consistent results helped improve both team performance and client satisfaction.

Beyond my leadership experience, I’ve taken on diverse roles as a project manager, social media manager, web designer, and quality analyst. I’ve successfully handled social media content scheduling, CRM and email marketing campaigns, web design using WordPress and Elementor, and even customer support for cryptocurrency and gaming platforms. I’m comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities and love taking on new challenges that allow me to grow and adapt.

I’m proficient in tools like ClickUp, Slack, Google Suite, Circle.so, and CRM platforms such as Zoho and BentoNow. I also have experience with job scheduling tools, email platforms like Mailchimp, and website optimization for SEO and user experience.

What sets me apart is my ability to work independently with minimal supervision while keeping the bigger picture in mind. I thrive in organized chaos, love creating structure where it’s lacking, and enjoy helping businesses scale through efficient systems and stellar customer service.
