My professional journey began in customer support and quickly evolved into leadership roles where I handled team supervision, quality assurance, hiring, onboarding, and SOP development. I was fortunate to receive multiple “Employee of the Year” awards during my time at TaskUs, particularly while managing the JustEat account, a major food delivery service in the UK.
