I have held significant positions such as Software Engineering Manager at Alaska Airlines and Senior Release Train Engineer at Ernst & Young, where I managed a $40M mobile tax platform project. My experience in these roles has honed my skills in stakeholder communication, coaching, and strategic process improvement to ensure that projects are aligned with business requirements for optimal efficiency.

At Syniverse, I led R&D efforts to enhance a cloud-based communication platform, delivering scalable solutions while navigating regulatory compliance for global clients.

My experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers and in government services further demonstrates my ability to manage substantial budgets and foster regional development initiatives. I have technical proficiency in a wide array of tools and languages, including Microsoft Azure, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and more, which enables me to mentor over 200 professionals. My certifications as a SAFe Program Consultant, Release Train Engineer, and ScrumMaster underline my commitment to Agile principles and continuous learning.
