I was born in Hawaii, raised in California, and graduated high school in Texas. Growing up I taught myself how to code in HTML and basic Javascript. I started learning different types of operating systems like: Windows & Linux, eventually moving into the Macintosh world as well. I became familiar with all Microsoft Office products, Photoshop, Paintshop Pro and even some basic animation. I also was able to explore all browser types: Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Chrome and lot of the lesser known ones. At this time I also started testing programs for companies.
After I graduated high school, I worked as a musician and a promoter for several bars and clubs in the Austin music scene. I played the drums, a midi control keyboard, and started learning to play the electric guitar. I used Ableton Live to record these sounds together. My ultimate musical ambition was to become a multi-instrumentalist, or a one-man band. I used to go on tour in all regions of Texas and California before shifting to customer service.
My last tour was in 2010 for a festival that took place in three cities across California.
At the same time, I was transitioning into customer service sales, which was not for me.
Because I have a technical mind, I chose, next, to work in tech support, where I thrived. I went from a Tier I representative to a Tier 2 and later became the first Success Consultant for Infusionsoft in Texas.
I picked up skills such as, but not limited to: Avaya, CRMs & Automation (Infusionsoft & SalesForce). I increased my typing speed to 55-65 WPM. After working in tech support customer service for six years, I decided to take a sabbatical and work with disaster relief across the United States as a chance to give back while also getting free travel. I returned to customer service after my travels were completed.
When I'm not working, I enjoy doing stuff like building Linux servers and graphic design with Adobe Photoshop.
I'm also a Wordpress user attempting to launch a small internet store that would include my artwork on shirts, mugs etc.
