I've been in this industry for a total of 10 years, and have developed my skills in customer service, sales, Real Estate, B2B, B2C, cold calling/prospecting, appointment setting, lead generation, data entry and virtual assistant.
I'm a Virtual Assistant who's first love is Customer Service. I used to work in the BPO industry for about 7 years as a customer support and more than 3 years now working from home. The tools I've used are:
-Helpdesks like LA Desk and Freshdesk,
Communication tools such as Slack, Stride, Discord, Skype, HangOuts, etc.
Other tools I've used are AVC, Trello, Mailchimp and a lot more.
I found love in Real Estate though. My expertise is Acquisition and as a Valuer. I'm responsible for most administrative tasks such as follow ups, analyze, search and negotiate the purchase of new equity investments, make necessary offer, process the contract between buyer and seller, contact buyers as well as title companies to process the transfer of title and many more. I am well versed in using real estate marketplaces such as Zillow, Redfin, iComps, and Trulia. The tools that I've been using are:
-Propstream,
-Rentometer,
-Velocity,
-Podio,
-Dialers like Mojo, Dialpad, CallRail, HangOuts, and Skype.
And my true love is being an Executive Virtual Assistant. This role enables me to learn new things. My tasks include follow up/contacting/prospecting clients, email and calendar management, research, file management, virtual receptionist, and many other admin tasks.
I always aim to reach the top no matter what.
So, tell me, when do we start?
