Patient communication: Facilitate contact between patients and their medical providers by delivering messages as well organizing follow-up / appointments, and responding to inquiries.
Prescription Management: Manage prescription refills, which includes working with pharmacists and acquiring prior authorizations as needed. Maintain medication records and ensure that patients receive their medications on time.
Insurance Pre-Authorizations: Assist with approval for medical treatments and services. Follow up on permission requests and ensure prompt approvals to improve patient care.
Claims Management: Checking denied claims and appealing for another checking if possible.
Insurance Verification: Confirming patient benefits and eligibility such as copay, deductible, co-insurance and out of pocket
