I am Jasmin Figura and I graduated bachelor of science in psychology. I have a strong foundation in behavioral science and analytical skills with expertise in research, data analysis and behavioral insights. 

I have 3 years of experience giving professional, efficient and high quality service in a healthcare industry.I am skilled in communicating with patients and provider over phone and email. In my previous work, I manage inbound and outbound calls. Facilitating contact between patients and their medical providers by delivering messages as well as organizing follow up appointments, and responding to inquiries. Also, I manage Prescription like prescription refills, which includes working with pharmacists and acquiring prior authorizations as needed. Maintain medication records and ensure that patients receive their medications on time. In addition, I assist with approval for medical treatments and services. Follow up on permission requests and ensure prompt approvals to improve patient care. Lastly, I manage emails and billing. I'm a HIPAA certified, I value how important to secure the confidentiality pf the member this would allowing me to bring more to it as a future medical virtual assistant. 

I am much more valuable to your company since I meet deadlines, and don't make promises I can't keep. I'm a team player, but can steer the ship alone if need be.
