I’m an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist with over 15 years of hands-on financial operations work across both nonprofit and corporate sectors. My focus is on keeping systems clean, vendors paid, and everything compliant and audit-ready behind the scenes. For the past five years, I’ve worked fully remotely, managing high-volume invoice processing, vendor communications, reconciliations, and ACH payments—often while juggling multiple deadlines and platforms.

I’ve supported full-cycle AP from invoice receipt to payment posting and have experience using various ERP systems including NetSuite, Lawson, SouthWare, and Verticent. At one of my previous roles, I implemented an AP workflow using Asana to streamline invoice approvals and credit card tracking, which helped reduce processing delays and improved internal communication. I’m also comfortable with tools like Excel, Adobe Sign, and cloud-based storage for documentation.

I’m someone who thrives on structure and process but stays flexible when priorities shift or troubleshooting is needed. I take pride in catching errors before they turn into problems and maintaining strong relationships with both vendors and internal teams.

In addition to AP, I’m Salesforce Certified and always interested in learning ways to use systems more effectively. I love being part of a team that values precision and open communication—even if we’re working across time zones.
