I am one of the thousands of people who transitioned to working online when the pandemic hit. I have been working remotely for almost 3 years now, and I love every minute of it. People think managing people is hard, but you know what is harder? managing people online. It's hard, but I've worked my way through it. I love working in HR. I believe that if a company has a secure HR team with very supportive heads, it can create a powerful team that will impact the overall well-being of the company.
