I've worked in the BPO industry for four years as a customer service representative, technical support, chat support, email support and sales representative. I was assigned to programs such as United Health Group, Logitech, Comcast, BigPond and Sprint. My primary role is to cater to customers and providers. I make sure that any issues get resolved at first contact and that my customers are always satisfied with the results of the call. We call it first call resolution. Whatever project I am given, I see to it that I deliver before the deadline and with high precision. I pay great attention to detail. I enjoyed every project and I made sure that I put my best foot forward. Always. I was also assigned as a subject matter expert where I was able to better improve my communication, leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills. I also do some freelance transcription jobs. I have an average of 70 words per minute. I scored a C2 (advanced/mastery) at an English Level Test which is approximately equivalent to CPE, an IELTS band score of 9 or 120 at TOEFL IBT.
