I work online with various things since 2010. I started with minor web development with Joomla and WordPress. I had the change to set up various sites with these, and then was involved with setting various online shops with OsCommerce. Then I had the change to manage a SaaS-project, where during my time the most important achievements/tasks were setting up a proper customer service team (from simple email to professional Zendesk-implementation) and hiring agents to that team and forming a team of developers/system admins (from posting a job advertisement to hiring and to performance review). After that, since 2013, I have been mostly involved in social media management, including basic moderation, engagement and customer service. Since last year, 2016, I have focused more also on Zendesk and customer service online, while completing a study program on SAP/HANA ERP and Management Accounting.
I'm Finnish, but reside in the Dominican Republic (EST-time zone) where I have a professionally set up home office to perform any work related duties. My general availability for work is daily 5am-9pm EST.
