Mabuhay! My name is Janus. I was a microbiology student, and during that time, I discovered a love for research—and a surprising love for cooking pasta (obsessed with it!). While studying, I also started working in customer service, balancing school and work while learning how businesses operate behind the scenes. Over the past five years, that experience grew into a career, and for three of those years, I led teams, managed schedules, and oversaw daily operations. Today, I help businesses improve customer experience and affiliate performance by creating clear processes and supporting teams, bringing the same curiosity I honed in research to everything I do.
