Most recently, I was working for a recreational activity booking platform based in the United States – the job involves researching and checking different types of data about various activities and adding that information to their database on a daily basis. I also worked as an online tutor for Korean students. I also worked as a Technical Support Representative for an American Telecommunications Company. In my 8 years of experience in a BPO company, I developed the ability to resolve multiple issues and good interpersonal skills. I also worked as an appointment setter for a real estate company in US part-time. As an appointment setter, I am responsible for contacting leads over the telephone to generate appointments. I am currently working for an Australian company and my role is to process invoices, respond to customers' queries, create tickets for damaged orders, and respond to IG messages. I am familiar with using xencall, mojo dialler, call tools, Zillow, google hangouts, Podio, Shopify, and Hubstaff. I also do skip tracing. I am confident that I will be an asset to your company.
