Janu Rey Sebastian

My name is Janu-Rey Sebastian from Manila, Philippines, and I work as LMS (Learning Management System) Technical Lead. I handle different business units across the Asia Pacific, including India and Australia. My work is dedicated to Learning and Development, covering the end-to-end processes from training identification, course creation, course administration, and enrolment and progress report.

I handle multiple LMS platforms such as Google Classroom, Totara, and Linkedin Learning. I am also familiar with applications such as Articulate (Storyline 360 and Rise 360), Camtasia, and Vyond. In terms of reporting, I can confidently navigate Microsoft Excel and use vlookup and pivot. I can also create graphs and tables to interpret data and training results quickly.

Most of my clients call me "The Flash" because of my sense of urgency. They like my work ethic, and they are very impressed with how fast I respond to their inquiries and concerns.
