I have 14years of experience in various Engineering fields (Aviation, Electronics & Computer). Past 11 years of my experience was in Singapore.

My recent job was a Customer Support Engineer in Aviation industry. I worked in a SME Trading company.

I have solid experience in researching for the product that customer requires, learn about its functionality and look for potential suppliers. This experience broaden my knowledge in different online platforms and how to deal with suppliers all around the world.

I processed the whole procedure starting from receiving an enquiry, look for the product, qualify suppliers, quotation, order placement and delivery. Aside from this, I can do most of the possible office jobs such as administrative tasks and basic accounting (AR & AP). I am quite flexible as working in a SME Trading company with less that 5pax help me to become flexible in any job.
