I am a graduate of Management Accounting and have practiced my degree in Financial Banking with the number one universal bank in the Philippines for 4 years. I have dealt with different kinds of transactions per day, especially the basic KYC process, and of course, providing customer service.
Selling bank products and persuading customers has also been my forte. They would also entrust these products to be managed by me. These products are the basic bank accounts, time deposits, money market placements, insurances, stock purchases, trusts, treasury bonds, and many more.
After my career in banking, I have decided to switch to an IT related job which is to become a technical support representative in a top VPN company. We focus in troubleshooting software and hardware related issues of the customer through live chat and support tickets. We do also assist pre-customers and customers who ask for cancellations. We deal with 5 chats at a time through SnapEngage with different issues and concerns while responding to a number of emails through ZenDesk simultaneously.
