I am relatively new and a starter to the freelancing industry, However, I can adapt to new environments and challenges, learn the role in a limited time and I can say that can work with minimal supervision.
I am currently employed in a company based in Manila, Philippines but I work directly with my Team Leads miles away from me. In my current job, I do administrative tasks such as updating our daily monitoring spreadsheet, ensuring a copy was run and saved in our network drive and OneDrive account. I have relative experience in using another CRM platform which is Salesforce. I usually handle cases from our clients, internal stakeholders, and customers.
