Key Responsibilities within last role:
End to End connect between various sub domains of Market Research namely SirVAL, Reference Data,
Client Operations, etc.
Governing a team of 15 associates ensuring individual as well as Organizational growth
Responsible for Weekly/Monthly/Yearly deliverables to onshore Belgium Team

Key Highlights within last role:
Creating pricing model as part of renewing SOW (Business Contract): Creating inputs in terms of data
points from two recent years about volumes from various activities and time taken. Thus creating a
volume based billing model that replaced the earlier Employee based billing model.
Creating end to end project plan for offshoring of new activity
E.g. Proposal management which included training and certification of identified team members
across categories and getting the activity to Business As Usual mode
End to end planning for executing adhoc activities coming directly from clients like Henkel, Mondelez,
P&G, etc. Complete life cycle management of the project starting from receiving request as form of a
client order, understanding request to executing the request as per timelines committed.
Reviewing weekly/Monthly quality issues to ensure appropriate bucketing of errors and putting
extensive action plans thereby. This included gaining sign off from onshore quality department too on
the proposed Root Cause Analysis and proposed action plans, both short term and long term.
Working as ONE TEAM with onshore to accomplish key retailer projects like SPAR, CARREFOUR, etc.
which included cleaning of back data loaded by upstream process in the work browser within stringent
project deadlines (specific production days), on time with required quality of work
Identifying and implementing excel based macros to reduce time taken for various BAU activities, post
sign off by onshore team.
Adapting and implementing best practices across various country teams with the intention to increase
productivity and quality of the activities
Meeting yearly targets of increasing productivity and quality by putting appropriate measures and
taking up lean projects as per requirement
Upscaling skillset of team members based on their interest in accordance to project requirements. Also
providing in-house certifications for assessments of critical skills.
