I am reliable and hardworking type of person. I give my commitment to my work full time. I am dedicated to my work and I focus a lot. I have over 2 years of experience as a Phone Support. I have experience in BPO for 1 year and 4 months as a Customer Service Representative in a financial account. I was also a Freelance Phone Support for 11 months. I can talk to the clients by providing excellent customer service over the phone. I can also do support through email or chat and do data entry jobs. I was recognized as a Top Agent/Performer in both of these Phone Support jobs, office-based and home-based. I had also an experience as a Virtual Assistant to a foreign client, my task includes email management, chat support, appointment setter and a little bit of phone support. And also, I was a part-time Ebay Product Lister to one of my client's E-commerce business. I'm willing and easy to learn for new skills and can work full time in a stable job.
