I have experience in providing customer support in busy call center environments - with completed voluntary customer service training to learn ways to enhance customer satisfaction and improve productivity. I have worked for companies such as AT&T, Google and Netgear - sending emails, taking calls and managing customer data on CRMs. I believe that my experience in customer service still relates to working as a Virtual assistant since the goal is to provide both customer and client satisfaction. Aside from that, my exposure to administrative tasks while working both as an HR Assistant and in the marketing team proved to be beneficial in honing my creativity and organizational skills. I have also realized that as much as I love working with a team, I am also self-reliant. I can work with minimum supervision. I can multitask and have an eye for detail. And while my direct experience is fresh, my enthusiasm for learning and contributing is boundless.
