I have been a customer support specialist for almost 5 years now. I have been working with Print on Demand fulfillment companies which caters to both sellers and customers. As a customer support specialist, it is my duty to make sure that all queries on both email and live chat channels are answered not just in a timely manner but with quality response as well. I have to be keen with details so that I don't leave out important information for the customers. I have to understand their concerns so that I can find the proper solutions to their queries.
In addition, I learn processes fast and I like to explore platforms in order to understand procedures properly.
