In my experience, I handle virtually the employee support function system- that includes:

» encoding data using excel and word documents

» scanning pdf files such as Assembly Instruction etc. to check for grammatical errors, typos and other mistakes;

» scanning products on our website for reference;

» uploading product-related videos on social media;

» fixing errors and issues on Amazon such as errors in Variation, ASINs, title, pictures, videos, SKUs, A+, etc. ;

» e-mailing Amazon for our concern regarding errors found;

» experienced working as a chat support agent on Amazon under my previous company.

By that, I have managed to hone skills that are very close to my personality and is consider essential to quality customer service, such as patience, attentiveness, clarity, positive attitude, time management, empathy, calmness, promptitude and persuasiveness.

Through various task/projects given to me, I develop myself to be more flexible, efficient and hardworking individual. I also have the ability to collect and manage information efficiently and accurately. I can work with or less supervision.

I also learned how to deal and manage my time and do multi-tasking because I experienced working in a fast paced professional environment that every minute counts and experienced to work under pressure because you need to work all the tasks at the same time.

Rest assured, I never get tired of working because I'm happy doing it and I'm highly satisfied to served my clients properly.

I am always willing to learn and will fully familiarize myself with my work

in order to provide the best possible support to my clients.

It's also important to me to build long term relationships with clients, so I'm primarily looking for long term projects.

With regards to Human Resource Management, I am a graduate of BS in Human Resource Management in year 2017 but I don't have experience working as one since right after I graduate I work as a freelancer and didn't have the chance to find a job relating to Human Resource. I only have theoretical knowledge about that but I believe if I'm given the opportunity to be hired as an HR assistant, I can easily learn, adapt and developed well.
