I was assigned in Billing to post payments from patients and different insurances, document patient claims denials/rejections, generating secondary claims, focusing on Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) posting, and applying manual payments and auto payments to patient accounts. I was also assigned in Eligibility & Benefits Verification to insure the patient's coverage from different insurances, documenting Eligibility and Benefits coverage to patients, organizing patient data, tracking appointments, ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work and meet deadlines, and meticulousness in handling patient data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
